VFG Flooring pride themselves on their experienced and knowledgeable workforce. From the initial point of contact, clients will have a designated contracts manager assigned to them who will assist with all their enquiries. The contract manager will also provide guidance when needed, ensuring a fast and efficient service.

Tender

Our estimators, who will be working alongside your designated contracts manager, will quantify all the issued drawings using the latest quantifying software providing an accurate estimate of all flooring types specified in the tender. Using these details, they will put together and submit a precise and competitive final quote.

Works

Once the final cost is agreed, we will start coordinating the works using our own employed fitters. We also have an extensive contacts list in the flooring trade meaning we have numerous experienced and high quality sub-contractor flooring fitters who we can call upon when needed. All dates will be mutually agreed between VFG Flooring and you the client. All works will commence under the strict supervision of your designated contracts manager and our on site supervisor.

Finish

All our work is finished to the highest standard, using only the best materials and skilled labour. All our fitters are hand picked and vetted by our senior management. All previous work is rigorously checked to ensure we only employ the very best fitters making sure that all our flooring works uphold our high standards.

Aftercare

VFG Flooring pride ourselves on the high standards and quality of our work but we also understand that aftercare can be just as important as the initial fitting. If the need should arise for any works or snagging to be addressed after the initial install, we can have an inspector on site within 48 hours of notification to assess the works and act accordingly.
